By the blue lagoon waters
a stilted pathway is spied
meandering in its way
like a stumbling drunkard
on his journey home
across this serene bay
In these turquoise waters
each wooden post sunk deep
holding firm against the tide
and steadfast in its path
damp under our feet
drawing us to the far side.
Seeing these tree posts
like fossels from the past
standing proud of the surface
enabling us to venture
safely across the bay
there's mystery in the place

This has a lovely feel - you really tuned into the picture I imagine - even though no link is given. The essence is caught so well that the last line almost seems to separate and stand out from the rest. I can hear it being spoken.
